The Final Cut

OK so here it is what? One in the morning? Midnight? I don't even know. What I do know is that I'm done baking, packing, pricing all the goodies for the bake sale. WHEW. For 2 open houses. WHEW. For everyone else besides my family. They look a little sad when I fling a pb&j at them and run out the door with piles of food for other folks. After the bake sale, I want a nap and then I am going to cook for my kids. No, WITH my kids.

Because I refuse to go to a grocery store if I need one little thing several plans got changed last minute, like no chocolate lava cookies, no peanuts on the cinnamon roll I only had pecans and when I ran out of dipping chocolate I covered some cake pops in powdered sugar.

The final cut includes:

1. 7 loaves of fresh bread, 4 regular and 3 braids
2. Twix Bars
3. Salted Caramel n Pecan Cinnamon rolls
4. Cake Pops
5. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles
6. Honey Shortbread
7. Roasted Pecans

Gosh I feel like I left something out but I can't get up and go look, I'm too tired.
