ohhh cool! I have no idea what propel powder is, but I'm gonna look into this!!!

yum!! i love to take frozen fruit, add some propel powder, and soem fresh wheatgrass juice or another juice from my juicer.... blend it all up for a pumped-up fruit smoothie!! deeeeelicious!!! whatever is left, if there is any left, i freeze into ice pops for later!!!

I'd make a serving of fruity or hebal ice tea (eg hibiscus or mint green tea bags) and mix in the Propel powder. Make sure to put plenty of ice in your glass. Enjoy!

My recipe for TROPICAL POW(D)ER:

1 frozen banana
2 Tbsp. Propel Powder
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
1 cup orange juice

Blend in mixer and pour into glasses garnished with curly straws and umbrellas. Enjoy!
Serves 2.

1 shot Absolut® Kurant vodka
1 shot of Raspberry Propel made with water
1 shot Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 shot Irish cream
1 shot milk
1 shot Dr. Pepper® soda

Fill a glass with ice and add ingredients according to the list above!

Since it is so hot out lately, I would mix the powder into a drink, freeze it and then scrap the ice to make a yummy Propel italian ice!!
