Just Another Meatless Monday #32

Hey What's For Dinner

I got nothing. I need it mighty bad though folks, I'm on a food bender. At least it feels that way, I think it's because I haven't eaten out in a restaurant more than 3 times this year, until now that it is. It feels like ALL I'm doing is eating in restaurants now. I'm not going to complain because it has been nice to NOT cook but now I'm ready to head home and get inspired. Inspire me now please!!

I can't believe I'm first this week! I usually forget all about Mondays because they are smack in the middle of my personal weekend, but yay for me. I'm here and I'm first! Thanks for hosting!

I love JAMM Laura! I always get excited Sunday night when I remember it. Call me crazy but it brings a little bit of joy to the "oh shit it's the end of the weekend" feeling.

It's nice to have a break from the kitchen from time to time, but I know what you mean, it's always nice to get back to the kitchen too! Thanks so much for hosting!

It's okay, take a break from the kitchen. It's not going anywhere!

Laura, I made the best borscht yesterday, have a great recipe...maybe I'll blog it today if I get a chance. It's perfect for this time of year...much better with a ton of meat but you can make it meatless.
