Super Simple Salmon ::giveaway post::

This is one the best simple salmon recipes ever. And it's kids friendly. AND they can help make it. And it's done it 20 minutes. We loved it and will definitely be making it again. We have a LOT of salmon to eat up before next summer so it's really nice to have an entire recipe arsenal at my disposal and I'm always glad to add another.
Recently General Mills and MyBlogSpark sent me a box of Lemon Pepper Panko to try out, this recipe is based on the recipe on the box. We changed it ever so slightly to accommodate our ingredients and it's a keeper.

Super Simple Salmon
3 pounds of salmon fillets, cut into serving pieces
2 TBSP butter, melted
3 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup lemon pepper panko
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules/powder

preheat oven to 400˚
lay fillet pieces in a baking dish
brush them with melted butter
mix the rest of the ingredients together
sprinkle on top of the salmon, pat to ensure adhesion
bake at 400 for 13-15 minutes depending on thickness of salmon

I served the salmon with mashed potatoes and fresh raw carrots, celery and green pepper. The entire dinner was done in under 20 minutes and I like that!
