Just Another Meatless Monday #38

Hey What's For Dinner

Today I'm going to share an herbal way to feed your body all through the year. Earlier this fall I went to a free seminar on herbs hosted by Alaska Acupuncture. The speaker was Stella Lynn of VillageBirth and Herbs, she spoke extensively about her "Fantastic Four" herbal mixture. After listeneing to ALL the great things an herbal infusion of the "Fantastic Four" can do for you I really wanted to buy some and get started, alas she was out of the mix. I finally got some yesterday and WOW I know it sounds crazy but I swear after my first glass I felt better. Stronger, clear headed and more balanced overall.

I don't feel like I should give away her proprietary herbal mix but I do want to share some of the effects her mix COULD do for you:
  1. help repair bone damage, sprains and arthritis
  2. build your immune system
  3. help with sexual issues
  4. natural diuretic but will ONLY flush water if you need it
  5. natural antihistamine
  6. natural calming agent

You could order from Stella or you could simply look for an herbalist in your neck of the woods, there out there! A consultaion probably would'nt be covered by your insurance (for shame) but it will be much less than a docotrs visit and probably more thorough. They can help you identify what the best herbs for optimum health are for you and get you set up.

To make an herbal infusion is really easy. You simply take one cup of dried herbs and put it in a quart jar. Cover it with boiling water, cap it and let it brew for at least 4 hours. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Drink warm, cold or hot to infuse your body with nature.
This smells so good the moment you open the bag, yum, it smells like summer!

Here's my second batch of the 'Fantastic Four' brewing up for Monday morning.

Last day to enter Choco-Palooza, enter on that post. It ends tonight and the winner will be announced tomorrow.

Peace and Love--

Awesome Laura! I am glad you are loving it. Nourishing Herbal Infusion probably gets the credit for about 90% of the results in my practice. Its incredible what can happen when we are finally getting nourished on a deep down, cellular level! If anyone wants to know more about it, I am available for consultation by phone for $25, or in person at my home office in Palmer, Alaska for $35. I try to keep the cost really reasonable to reach the most people, and no, it isn't covered by health insurance....it IS health insurance! The real kind!
to see more about what I offer you can visit www.stellalyn.com or call me at 541-261-3537.
Thanks for the promo Laura. May you be deeply fed!

I'm sharing a roasted butternut squash soup. It's so silky smooth and delicious. I made it in Sept or Oct and just again this week. Last time I made it with cream (it was for company) but this time I made it with skim milk. I'm pleased to announce it had the same results!!
