A Meal Plan

Sometimes when our rhythm gets out of whack and I feel like we are spinning out of control, I know I just need to get a handle on one part of life to get other parts to fall in line. For me that happens to be knowing what I'll make for dinner. I guess I'm most comfortable knowing I have a plan for food to feed hungry people who look to me for sustenance.

I'm feeling off right now, summer is just gah! crazy, busy, fun, full and ripe, so I'm writing down dinner plans for a week to help center us.


T--Grilled Salmon w/orzo salad
W-- Spicy Lentil Dal w/fresh radishes and fresh green beans
T--Tortilla Soup
F--Cheese Pizza
S--Crock Pot Chicken Tikka
S--Pork Loin
M--Vegan Meat Substitute Gyros

My shopping list is made up, food rhythm is followed, I am feeling better already. Geesh I guess I need to go fold that laundry hunh?
So having a touchstone I can turn to and help center me is good. Do you need a touchstone? What is it?
Or are you just completely in control? Freak.
