Menu Planning {giveaway post}

Here's my weekly post about my gorgeous produce box and the meals it inspires. Here's a shot of the produce I got!

Aren't they lovely?

The spinach is bound for a 4 Cheese and Spinach Manicotti dish, a perfect late winter dish and a long weekend meal.

I'm going to make another batch of the Grated Raw Beet Salad with the beets, YUM!

I ordered a DOUBLE helping of the Cara Cara oranges, I'm planning on a batch of marmalade for the pantry. I love to put away things from the box for later use.

Avocados, while I'd eat them plain with a spoon and some salt, the kids are asking for guacamole and chips, we can do that! Although I may just make a batch of Gazpacho for some serious summer dreaming!

The apples will be gracing a lovely Caramel Apple n' Onions Pork Chop skillet, we haven't had that in so long it's making my mouth water.

Blanched snow peas are so good sprinkled with salt, we are looking forward to munching them down.

Fresh blueberries how I love thee! We'll be eating these raw in lunches and for snacks.

Snacks and lunches: we use a lot of fresh raw veggies and fruit in our school lunch boxes. This week we'll be adding:
kiwis-whole sent with a spoon to scoop and eat
apples-whole for crunching on
blueberries-listed above
radishes-cleaned and sprinkled with salt
pears- fresh and raw
snow peas-fresh and raw
fresh lettuce to sandwiches

All I'm going to say is homemade marmalade -yum-. Passing on the contest because I have a fridge full of stuff but I think it's an amazing idea! I hope you get a lot of entries because organic tastes so much better along with being so much healthier!

I would LOVE to win the 2 week trial. I've been thinking about Full Circle off and on since September. It's really hard to find good, fresh produce in town, and even harder to get to the store between hockey, bowling, curling, darts, school and work. We are a crazy chaotic family, but we love eating -- especially fruits and veggies. :-) Thank you for having the giveaway.

Why I'd like to win the 2 trial weeks? I love Farm Fresh veggies there is nothing better, picking them out of the fields, yummm. It is tough to find veggies and friut that taste good in the Grocery store. Right now I have found myself trying to eat healthier, but it is so expensive here locally. So to have them delivered very fresh would be awesome!!!! Especially in the middle of winter! Thanks for considering me in the contest!

I moved up to Anchorage from Seattle not quite a year ago and am greatly missing good fresh produce. So glad to discover Full Circle farms and would love some of their goods!

What a great variety! I would love to win a free delivery! This time of year, our garden produce is waning big time. This produce is so inspiring.

While it's my sweetie who cooks everything, I still do the shopping and finding quality produce that won't go bad instantly because it sat around waiting to be shipped is VERY hard to find! I've had friends and family share a bit of their over stock from Full Circle and the fruits and veggies are to die for!
I've managed all of the entries except finding Full Circle on Twitter (hint direct links for the FB & Twitter pages would have made this a snap to ensure we like the right pages! There are multiple variations of Full Circle and Hey Mom out there!) Heh, I even did G+ and ohhh I'm going to Pinterest it too for the fun of it!
Good luck with the giveaway!

Ooh! I'd love to win it to cure my cabin fever with some fresh veggies and fruits. We've tried FCF and love it. My kids are always more enthusiastic about what I cook when they get to open the box and help me think of ways to cook. :)

I would like to win the 2 week trial so I can see if I can eat healthier and not waste the produce delivered. I like the idea of fresh and healthy, I'm just not sure if I could consume all the fresh veggies and fruit before they spoiled.

Seriously need some fresh veggies to get us through this harsh Winter.

I would love to win delicious organic veggies because I'm a food snob and I'm cheap! I only buy organic veggies and those things cost a fortune at the store.

I liked it all! I don't twitter. This is bad enough. I want a full circle box because I won't get fresh produce out of the ground for MONTHS!!!! Hook me up. I am poor with 4 starving children that have taken a liking to green juicing.

Hmmm, first comment ran away!

I LOVE the variety of fresh organic produce that FCF is able to provide. So much better than what I can find locally in the middle of winter :)
