Menu Planning {Giveaway Post}

Today I couldn't take my usual picture in it's usual spot.



 It was busy.



So I moved it to the counter and while it looks beautiful, IT IS, this is what was lurking just under the counter...




Hahahaha Midge hoping for something to fall on her head, she doesn't even care what it is or that it's organic, she just wants it. Silly puppy.

  • a nice big Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons

  • seriously THIS WEEK I am making the Zucchini Fritters that I WANTED to make and neglected to make last week
  • and using more zucchini and some potatoes, another batch of the Sort of Cornish Pasties, a double batch actually so we have extras for lunches
  • Homemade Rice-a-Roni made with fresh tomatoes
  • French Onion Soup
  • Indian Inspired Sheppard's Pie with some of the potatoes

I would love to be putting great fruit beyond bananas in my child's lunch. Pick me! Pick me!

And "Sort of Cornish Pasties" makes me think of Cornish Pixies, so I guess I will have to check that recipe out.
